Laptop lending

Got homework to do or exams coming up, and suddenly your laptop stops working? We won’t let you down! To help you keep studying without interruption, we offer a simple solution with our laptop rental service.

It’s that simple

Simply send an email to the Servicepoint  with the following information:

• full first and last name, address, student ID number, and telephone/mobile number
• please also send us your current certificate of enrolment

We will then prepare the loan agreement and arrange an appointment for you to pick up the laptop. A €50 deposit is required.

In urgent cases, you are of course also welcome to come directly to our Servicepoint during opening hours.

This way, you can finish your work without unnecessary stress and focus fully on your exams.

A quick disclaimer: Although we have a considerable number of laptops available, very high demand may occasionally mean that all devices are temporarily on loan. Please get in touch anyway – we keep a waiting list and will certainly find a solution.
