The AStA Service Point is your first point of contact, either in person or by phone, for questions about the university or the AStA. Our staff can usually help you directly or refer you to the right contact person.

The Service Point is also the right place to go for our laptop and tool rental services, or if you need an appointment for legal advice.

When requesting legal advice via email, please include your immatriculation number, your phone number, and a brief description of your case.
